Tagomago Distribution SAPI de CV (hereinafter “Unique Wines”), we are committed to delivering bottles in perfect condition, uncracked, with labels free of stains or damage, and it is the customer’s obligation to confirm this upon receipt. Merchandise is received in perfect condition, with the capsule, cork unbroken, labels unstained, and no store tags. <\/p>

ABOUT THE CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH WE CAN ACCEPT RETURNS:<\/p>

Merchandise is not received under these conditions:<\/p>

\u00b7 Stained labels.
\u00b7 Damaged labels.
\u00b7 Mistreatment or absence of capsule.
\u00b7 Discarded cork.
\u00b7 Harvests delayed compared to the current ones.
\u00b7 In the case of events, no more than 8 days from the event date.<\/p>


EXCHANGES FOR CORKED AND\/OR VINEGAR-Y WINES:<\/p>

\u00b7 The notification must be made immediately to confirm the condition of the wine.
\u00b7 It is the responsibility of the manager in charge to visit the client within a period of no more than 24 hours.
\u00b7 Product exchanges or refunds will not be accepted if notification is given more than 3 days late.<\/p>
