It is a very crystalline and bright ruby red wine, its nose is truly surprising, for its purity and clarity, with notes of red roses and very intense ripe strawberries, it is impossible not to smile and feel how memories come to mind, I don’t know if it is because of the romantic elements it evokes, such as roses and strawberries, but it is truly captivating.

Afterwards, we can see how it opens and becomes more complex, with slight tones of cassis and hints of mint and dried red rose petals. In the mouth, these aromas translate very well into flavors that confirm the reading. Its acidity is tartaric at the front of the mouth, almost silky due to its grape skin tannins, and with a point of slight bitterness that reminds us of humid river stones that give it a long and persistent finish, where the aromas live longer.
