Pioneer Cabernet Franc
Red wine with a deep ruby color and a complex and expressive aromatic profile. On the nose, notes of fresh black fruits such as cherry and blackberry stand out, accompanied by spicy nuances of black pepper and elegant mineral hints like graphite. Aging adds subtle touches of vanilla and spices.
On the palate, it is a balanced and elegant wine, with firm yet silky tannins, good freshness, and a smooth texture. It shows fruity flavors with a characteristic herbal note of the varietal, and a long, persistent, and refined finish.
