Prosecco Rosé

Torresella Prosecco DOC Rosé is born from the blend of glera and pinot noir grapes grown according to the most modern wine-growing techniques. The varieties are vinified separately: the glera, vinified in white, ferments for 7 or 8 days at a temperature of 16 °C, while the pinot noir ferments in red for 6 or 7 days. The cuvée is assembled shortly before the foam formation and the percentage of pinot noir can vary from 10 to 15% depending on the vintage. The second fermentation and the subsequent stop on the yeasts require at least 60 days. In order to obtain a fine and persistent perlage and a more stable color over time.

A soft pink color is the refined prelude to the fragrant bouquet of flowers, notes of citrus and small red berries that can be appreciated in the direct smell. The elegance of the perfumes increases on the palate with a gustatory freshness as vibrant as it is enveloping, which enlivens the fluctuating play of bubbles that exalt the vocation for lightness and drinkability, prolonging the delicate aromatic touches in a pleasant finish.
