El Malabarista
The Juggler is a Grenache base from an old 65-year-old vineyard, and Petit Verdot, Nebbiolo and Tannat trimmings from mature vines, all from sandy soils; in these vineyards the wind enters diagonally and manages to cool without dehydrating the vines, achieving a balance between aromas, color and tannins.
Its essence is balance, without extremes, with sobriety, without falling into all the fashions and with the conviction that our Valley is a unique terroir on the planet, with an identity that deserves to be shown to the world from a clean and vibrant perspective.
To the eye it is an Opal red, deep and bright; on the nose, it initially starts with timid Mediterranean notes of Quince and yellow apples, then evolves and opens to ripe strawberries and red apple notes in caramel, and in the background it ends with notes of milk chocolate, it is really a parade, full of complexity and joy; on the palate it confirms the caramelized apple and ripe strawberries, giving a fresh and juicy acidity, the tannins are smooth and delicate and the finish is long with slight notes of toasted nuts.
