Hyperion
To the eye, it is a deep red with purple hues; its nose is almost mystical and desert-like, starting with notes of incense, amber, and caramelized dates. On the edges, we can feel creamy notes of shea butter (like that of old soaps) and it finishes with a toffee ending (which is a chewy English caramel made from a mixture of burnt milk and whiskey).
On the palate, it is very contrasting, because it has an attack of red cherries and cocoa, with a medium acidity and a very smooth and enveloping tannin. The finish on the palate is very long with notes of walnut and cocoa, very round.
