Icaro is the heart of our Winery, where we embody this search for oenological freedom, without limits and without skimping on any effort to fully express the wonderful geographical, edaphological, climatic, and cultural qualities that the Guadalupe Valley offers us.

Icaro is a blend of Nebbiolo from clay-granitic soils on the slopes of the Valley’s mountains, and the other part is composed of Cabernet Sauvignon from the sandy soils on the banks of the dry river.

Icaro is an iconic wine in Mexico because it rebels against the oenological paradigms of the industry and questions the reason for each decision, leading us to an authentic, manual, and knowledge-based oenological model; where wine becomes an aromatic sculpture that tries to capture time and a moment of beauty in the life of the vineyard.
