Manual harvest in 12 kg boxes of grapes from Viña Coqueta, Samaniego, planted in 1975

Controlled temperature of the bunches, prior to fermentation, in cold rooms specially designed for this purpose for a period of 24 hours at 4-6 degrees.

Manual selection of the grapes on the table.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and concrete deposits of different capacities and shapes.

The wine has matured for 26 months in French (73%) and American (27%) oak barrels of 225 liters. 40% of the barrels are for second wines and 60% are new.
